Nighttime Neyla

Partially for since she was the one who got me liking this character from Sly Cooper 2(?)
It took a while for me to get the right colors for her, but then it finally started to fit. The giant moon BG also fares well. Originally for the art CD but dropped out because of my worries of licensed characters on it.
PSP7 (all), 8 layers, 4 hours, 300DPI, Neyla [c] Suckerpunch (?)
Will everyone stfu about the stupid lips? Jesus, I had to put them in since the actual Neyla does. Quit whining.
