Krystal in a crystal

From a scene in Starfox Adventures, gave me the idea to do this pic.
Well, 2nd time I used a rain effect, and it did give a lot to the picture. I havent had lightening in a picture, either :3 Rain effect method can be found at [link] The picture has changed a lot since I started it, shorter tail/loin cloth, feet, clothing resembling Adventures more, etc. so yea.
PSP7/9, 5+ hours, 15 layers, 300 DPI
