Julie Dragon- gift

Kind of a "friendship gift" to GBT, who can draw super-cute characters and then PC color them. I went ahead and remade Julie Dragon, since she was my favorite from his selection. I altered the outfit a little just so it wouldn't be a copy of his artwork. However, I used color reference from his drawing. And it turned out pretty good for a pic that took under 2 hours. And I think I captured the cuteness with that pose. The hair was a little uncoorperative, but in the end it looked pretty good. No BG, sorry. I used the Lightness Up/Down tools with PSP7 the most, obviously. This has 3 layers, 4 with the text. That's about it.
