I really, really like the turnout, it makes my art look like a better quaility than my previous outings, I may stick with cel-shading if you all like it.
You all could help me with a name, I can't name for beans and I'm afraid that if I do it, it would just be stupid. I'll rename the title if I like one. Take in consideration of her arctic colorings, I really like that. Her blue/violet shading on her white fur really helped enforce this and got rid of ugly gray shades.
This entire picture was created today, and the only tools used were the paintbrush, flood fill, and the line tool. 6 layers, PSP7. Sucky stripes, whatever. I need to improve the shinyness on hair, too. But the face turned out so well I can't help but love it.

Your old pic of felica looks fantastic. I never thought blue tigers are a thing but after seeing this. I know her style has changed over the years I really like this version of all.
